The Wildlife Technician at Frontier Trapper will be responsible for delivering high-quality wildlife control services, inspecting attic spaces to confirm critter activity . This role includes trapping, exclusion, remediation, and repair work for nuisance animals. The technician must be skilled in identifying wildlife issues, completing structural repairs, and providing safe, effective removal techniques while maintaining professionalism and strong customer communication.

Education and Experience
Initial 90-Day Onboarding Period
The first 90 days serve as a mutual evaluation period to ensure culture, performance, and technical alignment. Both parties assess fit, commitment, and consistency.
Licensing and Certification Requirements
Must obtain Structural Pest Control licensing within 90 days. Wildlife control certifications and any required state licensing must be obtained and maintained. Ongoing training is required and supported by Rock Pest Control.
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in pest control, wildlife control, construction, or a related field preferred. Experience with trapping, exclusion work, or general repairs is highly valued.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 50–75 lbs regularly.
Must be comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight or contaminated environments.
Must be able to climb ladders up to two to three stories and operate lifts safely.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, including hot attic conditions.
Must be capable of standing, walking, climbing, and performing physical labor for extended periods.
