Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and drive pipeline efficiency. This role plays a critical part in managing sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and improving overall sales effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and motivated to contribute directly to revenue growth by supporting both sales execution and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Support

  • Manage and track sales leads throughout the entire pipeline
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on all sales opportunities
  • Support sales and business development initiatives with a focus on revenue generation
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall sales effectiveness

Sales Operations

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize systems for tracking active deals and customer interactions
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data and documentation
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and customer requests in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports

Customer & Order Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely updates
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Track shipments and resolve order-related issues or delays
  • Support key accounts by coordinating samples, documentation, and follow-ups

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute targeted campaigns across industries and customer segments
  • Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, conferences, and customer visits
  • Attend trade shows to generate qualified sales leads, expand customer relationships, and support on-site marketing initiatives
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance pipeline growth and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Self-directed, accountable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively
  • Experience in technical industries (materials, manufacturing, or electronics) is a plus
