What You’ll Do

• Assist project managers and field supervisors in planning, scheduling, and tracking masonry construction projects.
• Help with site coordination, safety compliance, and material/equipment management.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Support job cost tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Communicate with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Gain exposure to estimating, field operations, and quality control.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in construction, project management, or engineering.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, project management software a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous construction or masonry experience is helpful but not required – we will train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
