Tech Castle is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Computer Repair Technician to join our growing team! Located inside the iconic Johnny’s Toys Building, Tech Castle is more than just a store—we’re a community hub for technology, repairs, and a bit of nostalgia.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair computers, phones, tablets and other electronics
• Deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting
• Explain technical issues in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Help customers understand solutions and prevent future issues
• Assist with daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cleanliness)
• Work independently and with a team to complete repairs efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail/customer-facing experience
• Experience in device diagnostics and repairs and a willingness to expand those skills
• Basic Networking knowledge
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, patient, and customer-first attitude
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and self-motivated

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)

• Board-level repair or soldering experience
• Phone and Game Console Repair Experience
