Job Description

Tulsa Centerless Bar Processing is a precision machining facility specializing in precision bar grinding, end machining, and CNC operations. We provide high-quality processing services for a wide range of industries, with high-quality, tight-tolerance ground bar products, delivering consistent accuracy and reliable turnaround times.

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team. This role involves acting as a liaison between our production team and our customers, providing product/service information and quotations; playing a role in finding new and revenue growth objectives, ensuring excellent service standards are met and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

We provide great benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, and yearly bonus opportunities. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Position Highlights

· Manages a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and achieve personal/team sales targets.

· Maintains good relationships with both internal and external customers.

· Executes an appropriate mix of outbound and inbound sales activities.

· Manages all pricing and product/service lead time inquiries, provides appropriate technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Responds to inbound queries in a timely and proactive manner and aspires to deliver a positive customer experience.

· Maintains order entry and order tracking in internal ERP system through production phase with appropriate communication.

· Acts as liaison between external customers and internal production, shipping, sales, and credit team.

· Sourcing of customer related materials and services as needed.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

· Computer skills: E2 Shop Database System or similar ERP system experience preferred; Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

· Other skills required:

o Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

o Previous customer service and/or sales skills required.

o Strong phone and email contact handling skills and active listening and probing.

o Customer orientation and ability to appropriately adapt/respond to different types of characters and personalities.

o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
