DUTIES: Installing and configuring new Oracle EBS environments, including multi-node architecture, shared application tier setups, and integration with backend databases. Provisioning and configuring Oracle 19c multitenant databases, including Container Databases (CDBs) and Pluggable Databases (PDBs), with resource allocation, security policies, and backup strategies. Administering Oracle EBS R12 environments, including cloning, quarterly patching, upgrades, and concurrent manager tuning. Managing quarterly patching cycles for Oracle EBS and Oracle databases using both manual and automated methods, including Fleet Maintenance via OEM 13c. Administering Oracle WebLogic Server and Fusion Middleware components, including domain creation, JVM tuning, patching, SSL configuration, and troubleshooting. Implementing and renewing SSL certificates for Oracle EBS environments, including configuration of HTTPS listeners, keystore management, and integration with WebLogic and Apache tiers to ensure secure communication. Leveraging Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c for centralized monitoring, alerting, and Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities such as patching, provisioning, and compliance reporting. Conducting advanced performance tuning for Oracle and SQL Server databases using AWR/ASH analysis, SQL tracing, and optimizer diagnostics. Managing SQL Server instances, including installation, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and integration with enterprise applications. Developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks for provisioning, patching, and configuration of Linux-based database and middleware servers. Supporting infrastructure automation across Linux and OpenShift platforms, including environment setup, configuration drift remediation, and compliance enforcement. Conducting vulnerability assessments and applying security patches, encryption protocols, SSO, and SSL configurations. Supporting internal and external audits by maintaining documentation, access controls, and compliance with data protection policies. 50% Telecommuting permitted.

REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in an IT | IT Engineering | Professional | 3-related occupation. Position requires experience with the following: Demonstrable experience with Oracle 19c Multitenant architecture, including provisioning and management of Container Databases (CDBs) and Pluggable Databases (PDBs), patching, and resource allocation; Demonstrable experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, including installation, multi-node configuration, cloning, quarterly patching, upgrades, concurrent manager tuning, and diagnostics; Demonstrable experience in performance tuning of Oracle and SQL Server databases, including AWR/ASH report analysis, SQL trace diagnostics, and optimizer behavior; Demonstrable experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c, including monitoring, upgrade, Fleet Maintenance, patch automation, provisioning, and compliance reporting; Demonstrable experience in middleware administration using Oracle WebLogic Server and Fusion Middleware (FMW), including domain setup, patching, SSL configuration, and JVM tuning; Demonstrable experience in SSL certificate management for Oracle EBS, including HTTPS configuration, keystore management, certificate import, and securing WebLogic and Apache tiers; Demonstrable experience in scripting and automation using Shell scripting, PL/SQL, including automation of patching, backups, and monitoring with Ansible; Demonstrable experience in security and compliance, including vulnerability remediation, encryption protocols, Single Sign-On (SSO), SSL configuration, and audit support; Demonstrable experience with operating systems including Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments; Demonstrable experience in infrastructure design and operations, including High Availability architecture, Disaster Recovery planning, virtualization technologies, and capacity management; 50% Telecommuting permitted.

RANGE OF PAY: $125,923 to $153, 030
