Office Administrator
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay: $24-$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
LSI Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our front office and sales team. We take pride in our strong values, commitment to sustainability, and dedication to maintaining a positive and rewarding workplace.
Position Summary:
The Office Administrator will play a key role in daily office operations, providing administrative support, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Maintain office supply inventory
Support staff and management with correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
Perform data entry, filing, billing, and general document organization
Manage driver schedules, routing, and fleet maintenance
Prepare and enter invoices and assist with accounting functions
Process timekeeping and maintain employee records
Assist with audit documentation and personnel paperwork
Coordinate freight quotes and scheduling
Support office manager and ownership team as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant office experience
Prior administrative or similar experience preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor
