Appalachian Equipment Solutions is a growing SANY dealership. Appalachian Equipment Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our fast-growing team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing customers' machines, handling road calls, performing in-shop repairs, assisting with parts setup, and cleaning equipment. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of our services.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair customer machines, ensuring timely and efficient service.

• Handle road calls to provide on-site repair services.

• Perform in-shop repairs to maintain and refurbish equipment.

• Assist in setting up and organizing parts for repairs and maintenance.

• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role.

• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the equipment repair industry.

• Certification in a related field or specialized training.

• Familiarity with various types of machinery and equipment.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
