The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for the processes of event execution and supervising a professional kitchen environment. The position scope includes adhering to event details & timelines, upholding brand standards, following all food handling safety & sanitation protocols, menu preparation & execution, recipe managements, plating aesthetics, portion control, food waster, kitchen supervision, client interfacing, and opening/closing responsibilities.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities and includes benefits such as:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role of kitchen leadership or management
Wide base of food knowledge, food safety, products and techniques
Exceptional customer service with attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent time management and work ethic with flexible availability
Active ServSafe (food) & eTips (beverage) Safety Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
