The Birdie Factory is a new indoor golf facility opening in Boulder, CO in May 2025. This 5,000-square foot location will have 5 premium golf bays, a full bar, seating area, 100” TVs, darts, and much more. This business is privately owned, and the owner is hands-on.

We are looking for fun and energetic people who can multitask and assist customers using the high-tech golf simulators and provide a beverage experience that creates repeat customers.

Requirements

· 21 years old

· A passion for golf

· Experience with serving alcohol

· Excellent customer service skills

· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Have the necessary stamina to work on your feet for up to 10 hours including reaching, stooping, twisting, and lifting or carrying loads of up to 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

· Entertainment: Check in guest upon arrival, show them to their golf sim bay, educate about software and ensure they are enjoying their experience with the technology.

· Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Must be 21 years age or older to pour drinks.

· Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all customers. Collect drink orders, answer technical questions, and make beverage and golf recommendations to enhance the overall experience.

· Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring the bar is well-stocked with necessary ingredients and garnishes.

· Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations. Verify the age of guests to ensure responsible alcohol service.

· Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members. We are not a chain and are looking to build a tight-knit team that can work and have fun together.

· Cash Handling: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and securely, providing correct change and processing transactions with care. A Square POS system will integrate check-in and payment.

· Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue by recommending specialty drinks, daily specials, or other promotional items.

· Working closely with owners and other team members to create an unforgettable customer experience that drives repeat business.
