Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Tier 2 SAP Support Analyst for a leading agriculture and life sciences client. This role supports SAP MM and PP modules, serving as the escalation point for complex incidents and integration issues. The ideal candidate brings strong functional SAP expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to partner with developers, Basis teams, and business stakeholders to maintain stable, high-performing SAP systems.
Own and resolve complex SAP Tier 2 incidents
Perform deep-dive functional and technical troubleshooting
Analyze dumps, logs, and apply SAP Notes
Support MM/PP processes and cross-module integrations
Escalate to developers or Basis as needed
Monitor system performance and configuration changes
Create KBAs and mentor Tier 1 support

SAP Tier 2 Support experience (3-5+ years)
SAP MM and PP module support
Advanced SAP troubleshooting & root cause analysis
Incident & escalation management (Tier 1 ? Tier 2)
SAP integrations (SD-MM-FI, third-party systems)
SAP Notes, dump/log analysis
ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager
Strong stakeholder communication - ABAP debugging
SAP Basis collaboration
IDocs & RFC interface support
Functional Specifications authoring
Technical Review Board / TCB exposure
Manufacturing or life sciences environment
