Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning techniques. This role will play a key part in enabling enterprise-level AI adoption for automation, content generation, decision support, and enhanced user experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions and integrating them into complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applications powered by large language models for enterprise use cases
  • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and workflows
  • Develop and maintain APIs and services enabling AI functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and architects
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Implement monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in generative AI technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production
  • Proficiency in Python and data science libraries
  • Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment pipelines
  • Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning fundamentals
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex data systems

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience delivering production-level Generative AI applications
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise AI integrations and workflows
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
  • Exposure to scalable system design and distributed computing
