System Analyst

Job Description

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• Track and manage defects
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Assist with system demos and training materials

• Business Analyst experience
• Quality Assurance (QA) experience
• Azure DevOps or similar tools (like JIRA)
• Agile / Project Management methodologies
• Creating as-is / to-be process documentation
• Product roadmap development
• Understanding BA, QA, and Development roles
• Tools like Figma, Visio
