Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
5 days/week: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (6 hours)
4 days/week: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (7.5 hours)
3 days/week: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10 hours)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Part-Time HR Administrator to assist with a large-scale HR file digitization and compliance project. You will scan, organize, name, and migrate employee records from one HRIS system to another. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals, administrative professionals, or students looking to gain hands-on HR experience.

Scan, digitize, and organize HR files (active/terminated employee records, I-9s, compliance documents)
Name and organize digital files according to company standards
Migrate records between HRIS systems
Retrieve and download employee records from Paychex
Conduct HR file audits to ensure documentation is complete and compliant
Organize and maintain I-9 records per retention requirements
Track project progress using Microsoft Excel
Assist with general HR administrative tasks as assigned
High school diploma or GED required
Strong administrative and clerical skills
HR, Business Administration, or related students/interns encouraged to apply - will train!
1 year experience in administrative support preferred (not required for interns)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, tracking)
Familiarity with Paychex or similar HRIS a plus
Competitive pay: $18 - $20 per hour
