Job Summary

This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of software systems, networks, and direct computer-related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide regular updates to various systems within the Company.

- Work with technical resources to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.

- Mentor and/or coach employees regarding computer systems.

- Strategize new tools in order to support any changes within the Company.

- Recognize opportunities to improve process efficiencies and execute them.

- Responsible for managing the planning and implementation of new and existing technologies.

- Report system progresses regularly to management and staff.

- Assist as needed with other administrative duties including cross-training other Company roles as necessary.

- Other projects and programs assigned by Ownership.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Must have previous work experience in Sage 300

Minimum Experience Required

- 5 years of experience in software systems, computer networks, computer science, or related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Knowledge and experience with web-based applications
