Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
• Assist customers with product demos, answering questions about features and benefits to encourage sales
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
• Manage inventory by conducting stock checks, replenishing items, and assisting with inventory counts
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting remote customers
• Support store operations through cashiering duties, including processing returns and exchanges with accuracy

Qualifications

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and standing for extended periods
