THE POSITION

**Sr IT Business Systems Analyst,ContiTechUSA, LLC, Halstead,

KS:**Provide IT services based on corporate guidelines and in accordance with the CT IT management, the requirements of the locations and the contractual agreements with the IT service providers. Responsible for planning and operating all IT applications of the locations in correspondence with the CT IT strategy. Implement the approved IT strategy. Plan and control the IT budget and IT costs, reporting to the Sub Regional IT Manager. Accountable for IT Infrastructure, especially: IT Service Desk (including UHD), Desktop Management (DE), Mail Service Management, Server Management, and Local Area Network. Ensure the operation of the local data center and implements a contingency plan. Administer and support network access. Control external providers in terms of contractually agreed-upon service level and performance standards. Examine offers submitted by IT service providers relative to the plant and in the context of operative planning. Advise management regarding the further development of IT service provision. Advise user departments and users in conjunction with the replacement of existing IT systems, the introduction of new applications, and questions related to process organization and information technology. Accountable for compliance with corporate IT standards and guidelines in the plant. Troubleshoot and solve plant IT-related issues. Actively steer and control external providers to ensure optimal local service provisioning.

Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Information Science, Management Information Systems,

Business or a related field and 5 years of related progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of

the following:

• Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) setup and

troubleshooting, operating systems, user permission and management, Active Directory, and GroupPolicy;

• IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes based on the

ITIL framework, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management, and Service LevelManagement;

• Translate business requirements into IT solutions and communicate

IT-related topics tomanagement;

```

• Implement IT projects, including server and network upgrades, data

center setup, LAN and WAN upgrades, and client lifecyclemanagement;

• Windows Server management and Windows OperatingSystems;

```{=html}

```

• Desktop management tools including software distribution, remote

control, and assetmanagement;

```

• Service desk (User Help Desk - UHD) setup and operations, including

troubleshooting level 2 IT-related issues; and

• LAN setup and operations, including LAN equipment installation,

racking, and cabling.
