Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator (Part-Time)

Respiratory Health Technologies · Remote · $25–$30/hr · 20–30 hrs/week

We’re a small, focused team building innovative, drug-free solutions that support everyday breathing and wellness. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful team member to support our operations and marketing execution.

What you’ll do:

• Manage Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop (setup, listings, inventory, 3PL fulfillment)
• Own day-to-day coordination with 3PL partners (inbound shipments, order routing, inventory levels, issue resolution)
• Track and reconcile inventory across channels and warehouses
• Support order management workflows, including returns, exchanges, and exception handling
• Assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting
• Monitor fulfillment performance (SLAs, shipping times, accuracy) and flag issues proactively
• Manage vendor communications and support basic procurement/logistics coordination
• Support Meta Ads and Google Shopping (pixel setup, feeds, campaign launches)
• Monitor platform health — analytics, pricing, promotions, and checkout experience
• Handle customer emails for orders, shipping, and returns
• Maintain and QA Klaviyo email flows and campaigns
• Manage DocuSign, vendor docs, and file organization
• Engage with our community across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or operations
• Experience with the tools listed below is highly preferred
• Experience working in a small startup environment is a strong plus
