Our Director of Buildings and Grounds will create a warm and welcoming environment for the people we serve. - Multi-site facilities and vendor management for operational safety of our staff and participants - Plan and manage property improvements using our capital needs assessment. - Learn compliance and code for childcare classrooms and playgrounds. - Responsible for department budget and managing agency savings. - Work with municipal and licensing authorities for regulatory compliance Associate\'s degree or Technical Institute Certification plus 5 years of experience required; preference of property management or licensed general contractor background.
