The Oracle HRMS Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS) solutions to meet business and HR operational needs. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement across core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management processes.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience supporting Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud HCM)

Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and systems

Experience gathering requirements and supporting HR stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Ability to troubleshoot system issues and analyze complex data scenarios

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
