- Generate commercial loans through business development efforts in addition to expanding relationships and retaining existing clients to meet growth objectives
- Will inherit a sizable commercial loan portfolio to manage and grow
- Underwrite and analyze financial strength of potential and current customers
- Maximize profitability of commercial banking relationships through loan pricing and cross-selling cash management products and services
- Manage collection of delinquent commercial loans within assigned portfolio
- Adhere to the Bank's loan policy while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Active in networking and community involvement
- Must understand all aspects of commercial lending in a community bank environment, including credit standards, analysis, collections and compliance issues.
- Experience in Fiserv preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
