We are hiring — Business Development / Luxury Interior Design

Rita Chraibi / International Designers is looking for a highly polished and driven Business Development Representative to support the growth of our luxury interior design activity in the U.S. market.

The role will focus on building strong relationships with:

* Top real estate brokers

* General contractors

* Architects

* Developers

* High-end property professionals

The ideal candidate must understand the world of luxury real estate, high-end interiors, construction, and private clients, with the ability to present our work with elegance, confidence, and discretion.

Responsibilities include:

* Researching and qualifying strategic contacts

* Reaching out to brokers, architects, GCs, and developers

* Setting up meetings and introductions

* Building long-term collaboration opportunities

* Following up with professionalism and precision

* Supporting the development of new residential projects and partnerships

We are looking for someone who is:

* Excellent in communication and follow-up

* Elegant, professional, and highly organized

* Comfortable speaking with high-level clients and industry leaders

* Strategic, persistent, and refined

* Based in the U.S. or familiar with the U.S. luxury market

* Fluent in English; French is a plus

Experience in luxury real estate, interior design, architecture, construction, or high-end sales is strongly preferred.
