Aphios Corporation is seeking an experienced Board Director with Audit and Governance expertise to support the company’s progression toward public-market readiness and financial governance excellence.

Role Focus

We are seeking an individual with strong experience in:

• Audit Committee leadership or participation
• Financial oversight, reporting, and internal controls
• Public company governance and compliance
• IPO, SPAC, or public company readiness

Ideal Background

• Former public company executive (CFO, CAO) or Audit Committee member
• Experience with SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and financial governance
• Background in life sciences, healthcare, or technology companies preferred
• Experience supporting IPO or public company transitions

Board Context

Aphios is a clinical-stage biotechnology company with three Board members and is expanding governance capabilities to support:

• Capital formation and investor engagement
• Financial discipline and transparency
• Public-market readiness
