RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:

• Provide comprehensive care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
• Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy, in both outpatient and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as needed.
• Engage in continued professional development and education to stay current with advancements in the field of gastroenterology.

DESIRABLE QUALITIES IN A CANDIDATE:

• MD/DO degree, required
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in the state of Colorado.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to care.
• EUS and/or ERCP, nice to have.

COMPENSATION: depending on several factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
