For 78 years, George's of Galilee has been a cornerstone of waterfront dining in Rhode Island. As a family-owned restaurant, we combine exceptional seafood with genuine hospitality in our stunning Port of Galilee location. We're seeking a dynamic Dining Room Manager to join our leadership team and help write the next chapter of our story.
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Lead, train and inspire our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Foster collaboration between front and back of house operations
- Develop and implement service standards that enhance our guest-centric culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency
- Maintain the aesthetic excellence of our dining spaces
**Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Associate's Degree
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar leadership role
- Background in private events, banquets, or function coordination is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills with a hands-on management style
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with restaurant POS systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

**Compensation & Benefits:**
