The Role:

As our Scooter’s Coffee Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action. Your responsibilities will include:

• Running daily operations with integrity and professionalism.
• Leading and inspiring a small team to deliver service rooted in love and care.
• Ensuring every customer gets their perfect cup of coffee—served with a side of warmth and authenticity.
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and keeping the store in top shape.
• Approaching challenges with humility and courage, always seeking solutions and growth.
• Bringing creative ideas to keep our brand fresh and exciting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000-$39,000 Salary + Bonus

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
