Our Norwalk office is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support both financial tasks and daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Bank deposits
Assist with payroll
Managing time sensitive e-mails
Ability to work independently
Filing, Calendaring
Generating invoices, collections, etc.
Handle general correspondence
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Pay based on experience and skill level
Part Time
10:00 – 3:30 Monday through Friday (MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION)
