Healthcare Client Service Representative

Job Description

Randstad is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented professional to join an expanding team as a Healthcare Client Service Representative. This isn’t your typical entry-level role; it’s a high-impact position designed for a "quick study" who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys the intersection of customer advocacy and administrative precision. In this position, you do much more than manage phone lines. You serve as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance systems. You will play a critical role in the healthcare journey, ensuring individuals receive their necessary medications and that their claims move through the system without a hitch. We are specifically seeking candidates who are eager to build a career and possess the following:

  • Service Excellence: Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role where you excelled at multitasking.

  • Sharp Intellect: An analytical mindset—you enjoy gathering information, connecting the dots, and executing a plan of action.

  • Adaptability: A proven ability to learn new software and complex industry terminology quickly.

  • Bonus Points: Previous exposure to the Workers' Compensation industry is helpful, but we are more than happy to train the right person

Apply Today! This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, offering a clear path to a permanent career in a stable, growing industry.
