TREASURER, Tallmadge City School

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated experience in school finance administration, including Treasurer's office experience. (A minimum of five years as an Assistant Treasurer or in a comparable fiscal leadership role preferred)
• Thorough understanding of public school operations, finance systems, and the unique fiscal responsibilities associated with educational institutions
• Proven record of conservative and fiscally responsible financial management, with a strong commitment to stewardship of districts resources
• Experience with school levy campaigns, bond issues, and advocacy for public school funding at the local and state levels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, initiate, follow through on multiple complex tasks and deadlines
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively and constructively with staff, community members, businesses, government entities, and other district stakeholders
• Effective communicator who demonstrates user-friendly, professional, and transparent communication with diverse audiences
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement in all matters
• Ability to navigate conflict, make difficult decisions when necessary, and remain composed, patient, resilient under pressure
