POSITION
– Office Manager

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire / Full Time

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (flexibility required; may work until 6:00pm as needed to complete daily responsibilities)

STARTING PAY – $23 to $25 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or higher preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior office management experience with AP/AR required

As an Office Manager, you will oversee day-to-day office operations while supporting and guiding employees to ensure workflows stay organized and efficient. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who leads with positivity and collaboration—someone who can coach and support a team.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and efficiently
  • Review, process, and maintain invoices and financial documentation
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain organized office records
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to office staff
  • Help oversee daily office workflow to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Communicate effectively across departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Assist with problem-solving and process improvements when needed
  • Ensure all work is completed thoroughly, even if flexibility is needed beyond standard hours

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Prior employee management, coaching, or supervisory experience
  • Highly trustworthy, dependable, and reliable
  • Positive attitude and easy to work with
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to balance leadership with collaboration
  • Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be flexible with schedule when business needs require extended hours
