The Office Coordinator for Accounting, Management, and Analytics & Information Systems will serve as the primary coordinator for the faculty, staff, and classroom areas on the third floor of Amy and David Chandler Hall. This role plays a key part in supporting faculty operations, student services, and the overall effectiveness of three academic departments in the Gordon Ford College of Business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the department chairs of ACCT, MGT, and AIS
  • Coordinating HR-related processes for full-time and part-time faculty, including onboarding, departures, leaves, sabbaticals, and searches
  • Serving as the primary contact for financial and spending resources, including departmental credit cards, foundation funds, and E&G fund management and reconciliation.
  • Partnering with department chairs on space scheduling, course scheduling, enrollment planning, and curriculum support.
  • Collaborating with the college's Administrative Assistant, the 2nd floor Office Coordinator, and the Office Coordinator for Undergraduate Student Services to support hiring, training, and supervision of student workers.
  • Supporting the floor's office associate and acting as backup during their absences.
  • Supporting faculty, students, and staff with day-to-day needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • At least two years of college coursework and one year of relevant work experience OR HS Diploma/GED and at least three years of relevant work experience.

HourlyRange: $17.95 - $18.97
