**Job Title: Childcare Worker**

**Location:** KidSpace Childcare Center*

*Position Type:** Full-Time

KidSpace is looking for reliable, adaptable, and energetic **Childcare Workers** to join our team! We are hiring multiple people for this position. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety in their day, and are always willing to jump in where needed. Staff in this role will work with different age groups and assist with a wide range of daily tasks to help keep our center running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do:**No two days look the same in this role. Responsibilities may include:* Assisting in classrooms with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers* Covering classrooms as needed throughout the day* Supporting daily routines such as playtime, meals, naps, and transitions* Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment (toys, dishes, laundry, sweeping, etc.)* Engaging children in age-appropriate activities and positive interactions* Following all health, safety, and licensing guidelines**What We’re Looking For:*** A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed* Comfort working with a variety of age groups* Strong teamwork and communication skills* Reliability and ability to adapt to changing daily needs* Experience in childcare is preferred, but not required* Must meet state licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain them)
