Auto Body Technician

Gesner Auto is looking for a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our growing body shop team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, work efficiently, and want steady work in a family-owned shop that values quality over shortcuts, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs including dent repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs
• Prep vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
• Assist with paint work and refinishing as needed
• Complete vehicle reconditioning for retail inventory
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate with management regarding repair timelines and needs

Requirements

• Previous auto body or collision repair experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with prep, filler, sanding, and basic refinishing
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, professional attitude
