Hiregenics is immediately hiring for Jr. Buyers in Bloomington, MN.

As a Jr. Buyer you will:

• Proactively engage with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders.
• Expedite supplier orders and follow up to resolve delays or issues.
• Update system delivery dates accurately and in a timely manner.
• Confirm purchase orders (POs) with suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders based on MRP (Material Requirements Planning) signals for assigned suppliers.
• Manage assigned suppliers and oversee purchase orders end-to-end, including PO entry and tracking.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and ensure alignment with supplier commitments.

This is a full-time contract opportunity (3-months)

• 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (ONSITE)

The ideal candidate will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with database systems.
• Basic understanding or exposure to MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in supplier coordination.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.50 per hour DOE
