Kapella Roofing is a high-growth exterior restoration company serving homeowners and businesses across the Denver metro area. With over 1,000 completed projects, our reputation is built on integrity, transparency, and high-quality craftsmanship.

We are expanding our leadership team and are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, develop a high-performing sales organization, and expand our presence in both residential and commercial markets.

Position Overview

This is a hybrid leadership and business development role responsible for building pipeline, closing high-value roofing projects, and leading a motivated sales team. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, scaling revenue, and strengthening Kapella Roofing’s market position.

What You’ll DoDrive Revenue & Business Growth

  • Own and expand a personal sales pipeline in residential and commercial roofing
  • Consistently generate and close high-value roofing and exterior restoration projects
  • Develop long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients

Lead & Develop a Sales Team

  • Recruit, train, and mentor roofing sales representatives
  • Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability
  • Lead by example through personal production and field presence

Build Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Identify new market opportunities within the Denver roofing and restoration industry
  • Leverage local market knowledge, insurance workflows, and permitting processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with production, estimating, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure accurate handoff from sales to production for a seamless customer experience
  • Support leadership in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking

Who You Are

  • Proven Roofing Sales Leader with 5+ years of residential and/or commercial roofing sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of $4-5M+ in personal or team sales production
  • At least 3 years of leadership or sales management experience
  • Strong understanding of Denver-area roofing markets, insurance restoration, and permitting processes
  • Natural leader who can motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Skilled communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and performance

Schedule & Requirements

  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Friday with occasional weekend flexibility during peak season
  • Must be based in or near Denver, CO
