What You’ll Be Doing

• Run company-provided leads (we keep you busy)
• Perform inspections and assess project needs
• Meet homeowners and build real trust
• Put together accurate estimates using your construction knowledge
• Present solutions and close deals with confidence
• Follow up and create long-term customer relationships

Compensation

Commission-based
Earning potential starting at $60,000+ based on jobs sold
Top performers earn $100K–$150K+
