Personal Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a Full time Personal Trainer.

: Strong organizational skills

: Strong multi-tasking skills

: Reliable with patience and professionalism

: Can work Independently on task and hit deadlines

: Lead both individuals and groups of people

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' fitness levels and health histories.
  • Develop personalized workout plans and nutrition advice.
  • Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form to prevent injuries.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary.
  • Provide motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe training environment.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).

This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a passion for fitness.
