Farmer Experience Manager
The Farmer Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and continuous refinement of Bayer's farmer experience strategy in alignment with our broader go-to-market approach. This role is part of the GTM Strategy team and serves as a critical execution enablement and diagnostic partner to customer-facing teams. You will focus on translating strategy into executable farmer experience motions, identifying and tracking leading indicators of success, and ensuring the farmer experience strategy remains on course through field learnings and performance signals. A portion of your role will involve ownership and refinement of the farmer experience strategy as execution insights and market dynamics evolve. You will work closely with Sales leadership, CX Activation, Brand, and Business Enablement to ensure farmer experience tools, behaviors, and metrics are aligned, executable, and delivering against strategic intent.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the alignment of the farmer experience strategy with go-to-market and route-to-market priorities, adapting as market conditions and business priorities evolve;
Translate strategy into executable farmer experience motions by shaping clear guardrails, priorities, and expectations;
Partner with CX Activation and Brand teams to ensure farmer experience tools and programs are aligned with brand plans and are practical, consumable, and executable by sales and customer-facing teams;
Enable execution with Sales Leadership by working closely with Business Unit Leads and Area Sales Leads, influencing execution quality through clear expectations, insights, and recommendations;
Own the definition, measurement, and diagnosis of leading indicators of farmer experience effectiveness, including hiring readiness, training adoption, sales behaviors, customer touchpoint execution, and experience consistency;
Facilitate course correction using data-backed insights to diagnose gaps, risks, or drift in execution, recommending course corrections and targeted interventions;
Participate in key sales and execution cadences, actively engaging in relevant sales leadership rhythms, operating reviews, pilots, and test-and-learns;
Ensure measurement and feedback loops remain intact by developing tools, processes, and reporting to support consistent tracking of farmer experience leading indicators;
Drive continuous improvement of the farmer experience by incorporating field feedback, execution learnings, customer insights, and external trends.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution;
Bachelors Degree;
Strong understanding of agricultural sales models;
Experience working with sales leadership and cross-functional partners;
Demonstrated ability to define and interpret leading indicators;
Strong communication and influence skills;
High comfort operating in ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or go-to-market roles within agriculture or a similar B2B environment.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $147,040.00- $220,560.00 .Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
