Our client is a large tier-1 automotive supplier with manufacturing locations across North America. They have a large manufacturing and R&D facility near Dayton, OH and are currently searching for several engineers due to recent growth. You will be provided excellent benefits with full family plans that cost as low as $50 per month! Benefits start the first of the month after hire date. You will work in a team-oriented engineering, R&D, and manufacturing environment.

The current opening is for a New Model Engineer. Main duties include:

• Coordinate activities related to new model development and product launch
• Perform project management, trial event coordination
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Continuously communicate with the Customer
• Ensure projects are on time and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications include:

• B.S. degree in Engineering is preferred
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Prior work experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office is required
• Prior new model launch experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
