Senior AWS Serverless Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions within cloud-native environments. This role focuses on hands-on development of AI-powered systems, including multi-agent architectures, orchestration workflows, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering expertise, experience with AI/LLM-based systems, and the ability to deliver production-ready solutions in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

• Design and implement AI agents, including retrieval (RAG), orchestration workflows, and tool/function integration
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications aligned with business processes and workflows
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms, APIs, and external AI providers
• Develop backend services and microservices to support AI agent workflows
• Implement cloud-native solutions using containers, serverless, and event-driven architectures
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Develop abstraction layers for multi-model and multi-provider AI architectures
• Implement monitoring, observability, and lifecycle management for AI systems
• Optimize AI workloads for performance, cost, and latency
• Define and execute testing strategies, including performance and reliability testing
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance production AI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions

• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containers, and serverless architectures
• Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based systems in production environments
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar backend programming languages
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or similar tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Experience designing multi-agent or distributed AI systems
• Familiarity with enterprise system integrations
• Experience optimizing AI workloads for cost and performance
• Experience working across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
