We’re looking for a Lead Technician who has a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty. If you’re not afraid of heights and enjoy being outside, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cleaning windows, gutters, roofs, siding, patios, and more.
• Staining decks to give them a fresh new look (perfect for summer BBQs!).
• Installing Holiday lights to help spread the season's joy.
• Providing top-tier customer service while representing our brand with a smile.
• Getting hands-on with the work and enjoying the satisfaction of a job well done.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive Attitude: You’re always upbeat, and you know how to bring good vibes to the team.
• Physical Strength: You can lift 90+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders and roofs.
• Team Spirit: We’re all about teamwork, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to contribute and work together.
• Willingness to Learn: You’re excited to pick up new skills and grow with us.
• Love for the Outdoors: Rain, snow, heat, or cold—we work through it all.

What We Don’t Want:

• Fear of Heights: You’ll be working on ladders and roofs, so if heights aren’t your thing, this isn’t the job for you.
• Desk-Sitters: This isn’t a job for someone who prefers sitting at a desk all day. You’ll be active, outside, and constantly on the move.
• Lone Wolves: This is a team environment—if you can’t lift heavy objects or contribute to the team, this might not be the right fit.
