Overview:
TRS Craft Services is hiring an experienced Equipment Field Technician for our client’s Harrison, OH facility. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment both in-shop and on-site within a 200-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and non-routine repairs on aerial lifts, forklifts, compressors, generators, and similar equipment.
• Handle service calls in the field and at customer/project sites.
• Complete work orders, parts requests, billing, and warranty documentation.
• Communicate with customers regarding service needs and updates.
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with aerial lifts, forklifts, compressors, and welding machines.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (non-CDL); must pass MVR, physical, and road test.
• Able to lift, climb, and work in various weather conditions.
• Must supply own basic tools (larger tools provided).
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor.
