Abound Health is hiring a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support residents at the Seneca Group Home in Sharpsville, PA. This part-time position offers a consistent 24-hour weekly schedule with three consecutive overnight shifts, ideal for someone who prefers quieter overnight work and predictable weekly hours.

Schedule (24 Hours/Week)
All shifts take place at Seneca Group Home.
Thursday: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. (Friday)
Friday: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. (Saturday)
Saturday: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. (Sunday)
Off Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
About the Role
As a DSP at Seneca Group Home, you will support residents with evening-to-overnight routines, safety monitoring, personal care, and general household tasks. Overnight shifts are typically calm and structured, making this a great role for someone who is reliable, observant, and comfortable working independently.
Your work helps ensure a safe, stable, and supportive environment while promoting dignity and independence for the individuals you serve.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals with nighttime routines and morning transitions
Monitor safety and well-being throughout overnight hours
Provide personal care assistance as needed
Assist with household tasks and documentation
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the team
Maintain a positive, respectful, and person-centered approach
Requirements
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license & active auto insurance
Ability to pass background and registry checks
Comfortable assisting with personal care
Reliable, patient, and able to work independently
Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed
