We are looking for a skilled Plasma Table Operator to join a premier manufacturing team in Leetsdale, PA. This isn't just a "button-pusher" role—we need someone with the technical savvy to program and the flexibility to be a true team player across our warehouse operations.
The Perks & Pay
- Direct Hire: You are a permanent employee from Day 1.
- Rate: $23.00 – $27.00/hour (Based on your interview and expertise).
- The "Golden" Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
- Paid Lunch: Yes, you read that right. A full 1-hour paid lunch every day.
- Holidays: 10 Paid Holidays per year.
- PTO: 5 days after 90 days; increases to 10 days after 3 years.
- Benefits: Full eligibility after 90 days of employment.

- Precision Cutting: Operating and maintaining the plasma table to produce high-quality steel components.
- Basic Programming: Utilizing your experience to set up jobs, adjust parameters, and ensure clean cuts.
- Shop Support: Pivoting to assist with material handling, shipping/receiving, or general warehouse duties as needed.
- Safety First: Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to all industrial safety standards.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Proven track record operating a Plasma Table and performing basic machine programming.
- Versatility: A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to jump into other warehouse roles when the table is quiet.
- The Right Gear: You must have Steel Toe Boots with Metatarsal Covers (Safety is non-negotiable!).
