Role Description

We are hiring temporary full-time staff for the JSM (Jung Saem Mool) Pop-Up Store in New York.

This is an on-site role focused on delivering a premium customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining store presentation, handling transactions, and supporting overall store operations.

You will also represent the JSM brand by introducing products, providing recommendations, and supporting in-store events and promotions.

Event Period

May 27 (Wednesday) – June 2 (Tuesday), 2026 (7 days total)
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (1-hour lunch break included)

Work Schedule & Pay

• Full-day commitment required (8 hours/day)
• $228 per day
• $1,600 total for full 7-day commitment

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers at the pop-up store
• Introduce products and share basic brand information
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable recommendations
• Distribute gifts and samples
• Assist with inventory and restocking
• Support on-site operations (queue management, photo zone guidance, etc.)

Requirements

• Must attend 1 online + 1 on-site training & setup (May 27)
• (training time included in compensation)
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
• Interest in K-Beauty and cosmetics preferred
• Ability to commit to all event dates
