Project & Production Manager
Full-Time | Hybrid
Locations: Zelienople, PA Remote
Position Overview
The Project & Production Manager serves as a central coordinator within the storyhaus agency, ensuring seamless execution of strategic marketing initiatives across internal teams and client stakeholders. This role oversees internal scheduling, communications, and creative projects while managing video and photo productions end-to-end—from initial concept through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day communication between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring alignment across all workstreams
- Ensure alignment across all teams involved in campaign planning and execution
- Maintain visibility into client priorities and translate them into actionable project plans
Project, Production, & Workflow Management
- Develop, manage, and maintain project timelines, production schedules, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
- Oversee end-to-end production management for video and photo shoots, from pre-production planning through post-production and delivery
- Lead internal scheduling, task tracking, and workflow coordination to ensure deadlines and production milestones are met
- Facilitate project and production status updates, including weekly check-ins, bi-weekly working sessions, and ongoing communication cadence
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a communication hub ensuring clarity, consistency, and timeliness across client and internal teams
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress
- Escalate risks, bottlenecks, or misalignment proactively and drive resolution
Campaign Alignment & Execution Support
- Ensure that campaign initiatives reflect client goals
- Support coordination of campaign launches, optimizations, and ongoing execution across channels
- Partner closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure all deliverables and production assets align with scope and expectations
Operational Excellence
- Maintain project and production documentation, workflows, and communication systems
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency across teams
- Help enforce consistency in project and production management best practices across the partnership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or similar coordination role
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment (agency or complex organizations preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and familiarity with marketing campaigns, timelines, and production workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders across different teams, seniority levels, and functions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
Work Environment
Primarily remote role with regular in-person requirements, including:
- Storyhaus office (Zelienople, PA)
- On-site client meetings as needed
- Participation in recurring meetings aligned with campaign cycles and enrollment timelines

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
