What You’ll Do:
1. Acts for the HCM Manager as the HCM Sr Analyst. This role includes:
Managing the Department’s FMLA program
Creating, updating and maintaining the Department’s Position Description program
Managing the Department’s Payroll.
Providing information to ODI employees in response to inquiries related to timekeeping and payroll via in-person, telephone, IM or email.
Researching and resolving inquiries.
Adapting to frequent changes in the work environment.
2. Performs clerical and administrative support tasks. This role includes:
Acts as the gatekeeper of approved position descriptions (PD’s).
Retrieves PD acknowledgements.
Scheduling conference rooms, appointments, and/or meetings.
Logging & tracking calls and/or other information.
Cataloging, filing, and distributing documents.
Responding verbally & in writing to inquiries from employees and the public.
3. Completes other HR duties as assigned. This role includes:
Participating in departmental committees.
Attending and coordinating departmental meetings, fairs, or other events.
Receiving training on an ongoing basis in assigned areas.
