Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Specialist - Commission

We are hiring door-to-door, commission-based sales reps to join our fast-growing storm restoration team. You’ll work in the field, talking with homeowners about roof, siding, window, and gutter damage and guiding them through the restoration process.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs, siding, windows, and gutters for visible damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
• Hand off approved projects to our project managers and office team
• Track your leads, follow up, and close high-commission deals

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and coachable
• Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Sales or storm restoration experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• 100% commission-based pay + performance bonuses
• Earning potential: $65,000 – $450,000+ per year (top performers)
