We’re hiring a Maintenance Administrator for a valued local client in Waterville. This role offers $19/hour and is a temp-to-hire assignment, making it a great chance to get your foot in the door with a community-focused organization.

Typical daily duties:

• Receiving and managing calls for maintenance requests
• Creating, updating, and tracking maintenance work orders
• Managing invoices and expense reports
• Tracking vacated units and maintaining accurate records
• Ordering and tracking maintenance inventory
• Scheduling preventative maintenance
• Assisting the maintenance department with additional duties as assigned

• Trustworthy and professional with sensitive information
• Data entry and basic administrative experience
• Customer service skills with clear, courteous communication
