- Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment for both individuals and staff.
- Accurately complete documentation and follow established systems, routines, and individualized support plans.
- Participate in staff meetings and complete all required training to grow your skills and stay informed.
- Protect privacy by following HIPAA guidelines in all written and verbal communication.
- Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a secure environment.
- Support the team with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or general education degree.
- Must hold a valid United States driver's license and pass a driving record check conducted by our insurance carrier unless otherwise noted.
- Prior experience or training is not required, but it is preferred to have experience as a CNA, PCA, Caregiver, DSP, or healthcare-related professional.
- Must pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to complete daily direct care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and changing.
- Ability to do household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
